What you'll do

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
• create a safe, welcoming, inclusive classroom where children learn through play
• incorporate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy
• maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety
• communicate with parents about children’s development and progress
• support classroom aides’ growth when opportunities arise.
