What you'll do

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize buffet pans, pizza trays, utensils, cups, and kitchen equipment
• clean and restock buffet plates, bowls, silverware, and cups
• empty trash and sweep and mop kitchen floors
• keep the dish area organized and safe
• assist with basic preparation and station cleaning during slower periods
• follow health department regulations and restaurant safety standards.
