The Project Manager - TPA role is an onsite position based in Greenville, SC. This role supports a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) by overseeing client implementations, operational initiatives, and cross-functional projects to ensure the successful delivery of TPA services. This role exists to manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, including eligibility, plan setup, and vendor integrations. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring that projects translate into smooth day-to-day operations and meet service level agreements.

• Lead new client implementations from onboarding through go-live.
• Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate across internal teams including claims, eligibility, and IT.
• Manage vendor integrations and ensure compliance with plan requirements.
