Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Frankfort

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in clients’ homes in Frankfort, IN. Pay is $23 per hour for direct therapy; paid non-billable time is $10 per hour. The case is about 24 hours per week, with three weekday afternoons within an 8:00 AM–4:00 PM window. Step Ahead ABA supports Indiana families, including families using Medicaid, with access to therapy. The RBT delivers direct therapy according to a BCBA-authored treatment and behavior intervention plan. The role contributes to client progress by implementing the plan, collecting session data, documenting work, and coordinating with the assigned BCBA and family support team.

What you'll do

• Deliver direct therapy according to the BCBA’s treatment plan and behavior intervention plan
• collect session data and submit notes
• participate in BCBA supervision, competency assessments, observation, and feedback
• work with pre-teen clients in a family home
• communicate concerns to the BCBA.
