• Lead site design for commercial and residential projects, focusing on grading, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control
• prepare construction documents and technical reports using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• coordinate with regulatory agencies on permits
• manage schedules and deliverables for multiple developments
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during planning and design.
