What you'll do

• Conduct intake interviews and collect accident, injury, treatment, and insurance information
• open cases and obtain supporting documents
• maintain accurate Litify records
• handle high call volume and provide client service
• track case activity, documents, and deadlines
• communicate with clients, carriers, medical providers, and internal teams
• explain administrative next steps and refer legal questions to attorneys.
