What you'll do

• Follow standardized recipes
• prepare menu items for the shift and prep food for the next shift
• read recipes and meal tickets and maintain portion control
• wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash
• stock and store food and other items properly
• respond politely to residents
• follow safety and sanitation policies.
