What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, controls, and operational equipment issues
• use technical documentation to support repairs
• perform routine and preventive maintenance and equipment adjustments
• maintain production and packaging machinery
• document work in CMMS/work-order systems
• support production troubleshooting
• maintain GMP-compliant work areas
• follow food safety, PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and machine-guarding requirements
• report hazards and equipment or food safety concerns.
