What you'll do

• Prepare practice plans and instruct youth groups in accordance with YMCA guidelines while maintaining participant surveillance and emphasizing safety.
• Build relationships with participants and parents, encourage parent involvement, provide positive technique feedback, use practice sessions for character development, communicate with parents, attend required meetings and events, follow emergency and safety procedures, complete incident reports as needed, and organize and care for equipment.
