Lead Infant Teacher

The Lead Infant Teacher role is onsite in Castle Rock, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. STEM Child Care is a family-owned, STEM-focused preschool serving children from 6 weeks to 6 years. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing classroom and supports infants’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Through hands-on STEM-inspired learning and communication with families, the role contributes to children’s early learning and development.

What you'll do

• Create a warm, nurturing, engaging classroom
• build relationships through communication with children and families
• support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• plan and implement hands-on learning using the STEM-inspired curriculum
• follow Colorado licensing regulations
• observe children’s growth and communicate progress with families
• collaborate with teachers
• maintain a clean, organized classroom.
