What you'll do

• Coordinate recruitment and hiring
• facilitate onboarding and orientation
• administer leave programs and maintain records
• support employee relations and supervisor coaching
• assist with benefits enrollment and records
• maintain HRIS data, personnel files, and licensure tracking
• support policy updates, audits, reporting, mandatory education, payroll changes, recognition, and retention initiatives.

Why this role
