What you'll do

• Provide onsite support for requests, incidents, and access issues
• deliver face-to-face technical support and instruction
• install, configure, upgrade, and support computing environments and endpoint devices
• conduct site surveys and document equipment and requirements
• manage application and system access
• troubleshoot in person, by phone, or email
• support project implementations and device refreshes
• follow change and release processes
• coordinate with users, vendors, and support teams
• complete reporting and status updates.
