What you'll do

• Oversee six Cath and EP labs
• support employee engagement and physician collaboration
• stabilize schedules and maximize lab utilization
• manage billing, statistics, EPIC-related computer work, purchase orders, charting, scheduling, and prior authorizations
• ensure staffing and manage supplies and inventory
• work with the System Director, physicians, and Revenue Integrity Team.
