What you'll do

• Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation cases
• evaluate case merits
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other documents
• attend court events, depositions, and hearings
• litigate cases through verdict
• recommend case strategies to the department head
• integrate legal support staff into case handling
• advise and train claim partners and clients
• maintain software documentation.
