The Shift Leader is an onsite role in Cicero, NY. Pay is $16.25–$19.00 per hour, plus tips. The Wolak Group operates more than 90 Dunkin’ franchise locations and focuses on serving guests coffee, beverages, baked goods, and snacks. The Shift Leader supports restaurant operations by modeling and leading guest service, coaching employees, and ensuring assigned duties are completed. The role helps the team serve safe, quality food and drinks and deliver a strong guest experience.
