HRIS Manager

The manager oversees HR systems administration, data governance, reporting, compliance, integrations, and process improvement. The role helps maintain accurate employee data and improve HR operations and the employee experience through scalable systems and processes.

What you'll do

• Administer, configure, maintain, and improve the HRIS platform
• safeguard employee data integrity and security
• prepare compliance reporting
• develop workforce reports and analytics
• train and support end users
• test system updates
• lead HR technology projects and integrations
• document data governance and quality standards
• partner with Payroll and analyze HR data.
