The Architect is an onsite role based in Saint Cloud, MN. The position offers a salary range of $87,000–$130,000 per year, supporting the Architecture Group at Bolton & Menk, Inc. This role exists to lead and support architectural projects in all phases, from design to delivery. The Architect works with internal teams and clients to produce construction documents, ensure code compliance, and foster the firm's mission of creating sustainable and beautiful community infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Participate in project delivery and tracking leads for future projects.
• Prepare project proposals or responses to RFPs.
• Actively lead projects and project teams to meet client budgets, schedules, and programs.
• Guide and mentor developing staff.
• Produce and support teams in developing construction drawings or project graphics utilizing Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other digital architectural tools.
• Prepare code compliance evaluations.
• Maintain quality control of construction documents and specifications.
• Apply effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills when preparing technical reports and documentation.
