Regional Sales Manager — Carolinas

The Regional Sales Manager — Carolinas role is based onsite in Jacksonville, NC, with weekly travel to Myrtle Beach, SC. Base salary is $100,000–$125,000 per year, with a gross-margin-goal bonus. Floors Galore serves residential, builder, multifamily, commercial, epoxy, and concrete-coatings customers across North and South Carolina. As the company’s first regional sales manager, this player-coach leads the sales team while managing key accounts. The role establishes sales goals, pricing and bid controls, and operating rhythms to support regional growth and coordinate sold work with installation and operations.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop sellers across builder, multifamily, retail, epoxy, and commercial channels
• review and approve large bids and quotes while protecting gross margin
• set seller goals and KPIs and conduct weekly pipeline reviews
• develop regional sales strategy and pricing
• manage key accounts
• forecast sales and report results to ownership
• coordinate with installation and operations
• help recruit, hire, and onboard sellers
• travel between Jacksonville and Myrtle Beach a couple of times each week.
