The Direct Support Professional – In-Home Supports role is onsite in New Britain, CT, with multiple part-time schedules available. Pay is $19.96 per hour. The DSP assists individuals with daily living and personal care while supporting independence, choice, community participation, and quality of life. The role also helps with household tasks, transportation, health and wellness needs, and communication with each person’s support team.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks
• support meal planning, grocery shopping, budgeting, and money management
• provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
• encourage social and community involvement
• support health and wellness
• help develop technology skills
• complete documentation and communicate with the support team.
