Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor role is an onsite, seasonal position in Whitefield, NH, paying $22–$25 per hour. Under Canvas operates camps near national parks and focuses on guest experiences. The supervisor partners with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to coordinate camp operations and lead the Camp Concierge, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Housekeeping teams. What you'll do

• Lead the Camp Concierge, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Housekeeping teams
• communicate goals and expectations
• delegate and follow up on tasks
• support guest and team-member issues
• assist with interviews and hiring
• monitor financial performance
• oversee Rooms department time and attendance and payroll approvals
• maintain camp-level procedures
• respond to guest reviews
• evaluate and report on NPS and eNPS action plans.
