What you'll do

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical facilities

• troubleshoot and repair lighting, plumbing, heating, cooling, and minor carpentry or drywall issues
• respond to maintenance requests
• record maintenance and repair activities
• follow safety, health, and environmental requirements
• organize tools and supplies.
