Catering Executive Chef

What you'll do

• Lead catering culinary operations
• create seasonal menus aligned with client needs, dietary preferences, and budgets
• oversee production from planning through service
• partner on event logistics and guest experience
• recruit and develop culinary staff
• manage purchasing, inventory, product utilization, and labor
• monitor quality and waste reduction
• ensure food safety and sanitation
• provide hands-on leadership during events.
