Configure and troubleshoot UKG WFM Timekeeping rules, pay policies, rounding, and exceptions. Support Advanced Scheduler configuration. Participate as SME in WFM implementation activities, upgrades, and regression testing. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
