Digital Marketing Lead

The Digital Marketing Lead role is based at Geronimo Power’s headquarters in Bloomington, MN. Compensation is $100,000–$140,000 per year, plus a target annual bonus opportunity of 25%. Geronimo Power develops, owns, and operates power and digital infrastructure projects, including solar, wind, energy storage, and powered data parks. The role leads digital assets, brand visualization, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing work for the Marketing and Communications team. It uses performance data and research to improve digital engagement and brand consistency while coordinating creative production, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize websites and digital platforms
• produce and edit photography and video
• create digital and print design assets
• track performance and report insights
• manage brand systems and project naming and logos
• implement and train teams on AI tools
• manage vendors, budgets, and deliverables
• conduct market and audience research
• partner with internal teams on campaigns and announcements.
