Service Foreman

What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and evaluating service technicians
• conduct monthly performance reviews and assist with annual evaluations
• dispatch work and follow up on repairs
• coordinate with Parts on orders and customer updates
• prepare repair estimates and help obtain approvals
• review repair orders, paperwork, quality, warranty documentation, and work areas
• support repair-cycle-time and invoicing standards
• promote safety, communication, and teamwork.
