Overnight Member Services Representative

The Overnight Member Services Representative role is onsite in Biddeford, ME. Compensation is $15.75 per hour. It helps maintain a welcoming, orderly fitness club and responds to member needs and questions.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer phones
• check members in and support tours and sign-ups
• respond to questions and concerns
• process purchases
• explain fitness instruction classes
• assist with membership accounts and billing questions
• clean and maintain the facility
• conduct club walkthroughs every 20 minutes
• track key performance indicators
• assist with inventory counts.
