What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, notices, and correspondence for attorney review
• file documents in Louisiana state and federal courts
• manage litigation calendars and deadlines
• organize and summarize discovery and records
• coordinate depositions and experts
• prepare trial notebooks and exhibits
• communicate with clients under attorney direction
• maintain case notes and status.
