What you'll do

• Respond onsite to viable organ referrals at donation service area hospitals
• review charts and assess medical suitability with clinical personnel
• coordinate referral management with healthcare teams
• update hospital staff
• maintain donor records and documentation
• consult the organ administrator on call and Family Support Liaison staff as needed
• support stakeholder relationships and promote donation.
