The specialist responds to client inquiries, schedules appointments, records case details, and routes calls to the appropriate Tax Help departments while protecting confidentiality. The role helps clients access tax preparation services and supports the program’s seasonal operations.

What you'll do

• Respond to client inquiries by telephone and email
• provide customer service to callers with questions
• capture detailed case notes and collect information to resolve issues
• schedule client appointments
• transfer calls to Tax Help departments as needed
• protect client confidentiality
• complete paid training and required tax certifications.
