What you'll do

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes
• Serves meals using correct portioning
• Uses established ticket collection procedures
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
• Reports needed maintenance or faulty equipment.
