What you'll do

• Investigate and handle investor and forced-placement claims, as well as other claims as needed
• maintain a diary system to support prompt claim conclusions
• follow file quality standards
• maintain contact with agents, insureds, and company personnel
• meet licensing and continuing education requirements
• meet or exceed unit and departmental goals
• review estimates, perform desk adjustments, apply depreciation where appropriate, and evaluate personal property claims.
