The teller supports members’ everyday financial needs by processing transactions, answering questions, opening accounts, and helping resolve discrepancies. Accurate cash handling, compliance, and responsive service contribute to effective branch operations and member support.

What you'll do

• Provide member service and respond to requests
• process deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, monetary instrument purchases, and check cashing
• evaluate checks
• research complaints and account discrepancies
• open accounts and collect documentation
• explain products and services
• assist with branch and vault balancing, cash management, deposits, and supplies
• follow applicable compliance rules
• route information to the appropriate department.
