The position helps clients access and remain connected to recovery services; it does not provide counseling, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment planning.

What you'll do

• Assist with client intake, screenings, admission paperwork, orientation, and engagement
• collect and document urine drug screens and maintain chain-of-custody procedures when applicable
• facilitate assigned psychoeducational and rehabilitative groups
• conduct outreach and help clients locate recovery housing and emergency resources
• coordinate with community providers and follow up on referrals
• maintain records and enter information into the electronic health record
• schedule appointments and participate in team meetings and training.
