What you'll do

• Clean assigned interior and exterior spaces
• maintain grounds and amenities, including playgrounds and pools
• pressure wash, remove trash and snow, and transport waste and recyclables
• clean community centers, offices, model homes, occupied and vacant homes, and the onsite gym
• assist with make-ready cleaning and touch-up painting
• maintain equipment, supplies, and records
• assist with work orders and moving or storing supplies
• report hazards and repair needs
• complete work orders and timesheets.
