What you'll do

• Transport residents to appointments and other destinations
• coordinate schedules and maintain transportation records
• conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections
• assist with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• respond to call lights
• record vital signs, weights, and intake and output as directed
• provide catheter care and other CNA duties within training and certification
• document and report changes
• follow infection control and facility policies.
