The operator supports production by running injection molding equipment, maintaining product quality, and helping the team address equipment or workflow issues. The work contributes to safe, efficient production and accurate records across rotating day and night shifts.

What you'll do

• Operate injection molding machines and address downstream automation faults
• load and unload materials using an electric pallet jack
• inspect finished parts
• maintain production records
• assist with startup, downtime, product changes, equipment issues, and cleanup
• keep work areas clean and follow safety procedures and required protective equipment.
