What you'll do
- Lead stakeholder workshops to capture mission and operational requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions and ITIL-aligned workflows.
- Manage requirements through Agile/Scrum, create functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and workflow diagrams, and analyze current and future processes.
- Support monitoring-tool integrations, backlog prioritization, release planning, user acceptance testing, documentation, briefings, training materials, and continuous service improvement.
