What you'll do

• Support Epic Willow Inpatient
• analyze and resolve application and workflow issues
• support pharmacy workflows and system optimization
• collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, IT, and other stakeholders
• translate requirements into Epic solutions
• participate in enhancements, upgrades, implementations, testing, and optimization
• assist with configuration
• validate application changes
• document issues, solutions, workflows, and system changes
• and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
