What you'll do

• Meet membership sales goals and performance goals for membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales
• learn the service menu and explain service benefits and enhancements
• answer calls, set appointments, greet clients, and support membership sales and management
• promote sales, promotions, and events
• uphold spa cleanliness standards.
