What you'll do

• Source, engage, screen, and recruit candidates
• manage candidates from outreach through offer
• present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• build candidate relationships and talent pipelines
• partner with Sales and leadership on hiring priorities
• meet individual KPIs
• establish team priorities
• lead huddles
• coach and mentor recruiters
• troubleshoot challenging job orders
• monitor team activity and coverage.
