This role helps keep library operations running by supporting collection services, supplies and facilities coordination, financial processing, recordkeeping, and circulation as needed.

What you'll do

• Maintain journal and book collections, process acquisitions, update catalog and inventory records, coordinate digital holdings, and assist with collection development.
• Order and track supplies, submit facilities work orders, manage room reservations and carrel assignments, sort mail, process invoices and purchasing reports, maintain accounting spreadsheets and files, and assist at the circulation desk.
