Receiving Associate

Receiving Associate is an onsite role in Marshall, IL, with expected base compensation of $18.00–$22.76 per hour. The role supports ZF’s Receiving Department through inventory receipt, staging, and related administrative and operational work. The associate receives and stages materials, maintains lot traceability and inventory records, and supports shipping and receiving transactions. Accurate handling and documentation help keep materials and finished goods organized and ready for production or shipment.

What you'll do

• Receive and stage supplier materials
• unload trucks and stock shelves
• scan and record barcodes for lot traceability
• label lots and shipments
• prepare and monitor Advance Shipping Notices
• load finished goods to customer requirements
• process SAP receiving and shipping transactions
• maintain temporary finished-goods inventory
• receive returnable containers
• support shipping exceptions and safety programs.
