Behavioral Caregiver – Direct Support Professional

The Behavioral Caregiver – Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Flora, IN, with wages of $17–$20 per hour and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. The role also assists with daily living tasks and household responsibilities in accordance with support needs.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance
• support comfort, safety, and personal growth
• assist with mobility, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• perform housekeeping and laundry duties
• transport people served as required
• document care and follow support plans.
