What you'll do

• Verify, issue, and cash wagering tickets
• process wager requests and winning-bet payments
• oversee daily sportsbook operations and provide direction to cashiers when needed
• reconcile the assigned cash drawer
• record cash-in and cash-out transactions
• maintain betting boards
• resolve guest concerns
• report suspicious betting activity
• follow sportsbook and regulatory requirements.
