What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Underwriting Support team
• manage cross-training, workload, and performance expectations
• monitor capacity and recommend workflow improvements
• serve as ConceptOne subject-matter expert and liaison
• troubleshoot system issues and maintain data integrity
• coordinate updates, requirements, testing, and enhancements
• oversee new business and renewal support, policy servicing, vendor processes, and quality controls
• lead process improvements, audits, implementations, and projects
• coordinate compliance, carrier, vendor, and agent onboarding matters
• provide occasional trade show and peak-operations support.
