The Bilingual Community Program Specialist, Afterschool role is onsite in the Denver Metro and Aurora, CO region, paying $20.67–$23.56 per hour. The role is part time. Girl Scouts of Colorado’s Membership & Program department delivers programming for youth in communities across the region. The specialist develops and delivers culturally sensitive Girl Scout programming during out-of-school time, with a focus on traditionally underserved and BIPOC communities. The role coordinates community partnerships, program delivery, recruitment, records, and evaluation to support program and membership goals.

What you'll do

• Develop in-person programs for Girl Scouts in targeted Metro Denver areas
• coordinate community thought partner groups
• collaborate with funding partners
• assist with training the Program team
• deliver and adapt programs
• create facilitation materials
• assist with recruitment
• coordinate new program locations
• communicate with community partners
• maintain participant records and timely registration
• support grant and donor reporting.
