IT Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for end-user technology issues
• diagnose hardware, software, network, application, and peripheral problems
• troubleshoot and maintain computers and mobile devices
• support Windows and Microsoft 365
• assist with wired and wireless connectivity and network equipment
• support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power BI
• troubleshoot office and manufacturing printers, including Zebra label printers
• provide hands-on support on the manufacturing floor
• assist with software deployments and system testing
• document systems and troubleshooting procedures
• identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, security, and user experience.
