What you'll do

• Inspect PECO pallets for damage, wear, and structural issues
• use nail guns and power saws to repair them
• replace boards, reinforce weak areas, and remove or replace nails
• follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• perform routine tool and equipment maintenance
• collaborate toward daily production goals
• and maintain a clean, organized work area.
