The IT Help Desk Support Technician – Level II works onsite in Cleveland, OH, for $24–$28 per hour. The role also handles new-hire setup, server and network administration, security software, cloud and file server deployments, voice-over-IP configuration, and monitoring alerts to help users complete business tasks.

What you'll do

• Resolve incoming service desk requests by phone, web portal, and email
• provision systems for new hires
• prioritize incidents and requests against service-level agreements
• use remote diagnostic tools
• administer Active Directory, file and print services, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches, and Exchange Server
• maintain network hardware and software
• deploy file servers, cloud solutions, and voice-over-IP
• monitor alerts and handle escalated requests.
