What you'll do

• Perform echocardiography procedures according to department policies and applicable requirements
• assist cardiologists with ultrasound-guided echo stress tests
• explain procedures and answer patient questions
• maintain patient privacy
• complete records and exam reports
• perform quality-control testing
• monitor patient well-being
• consult radiologists when needed
• prepare and stock exam rooms
• communicate schedule changes and provide follow-up information.
